Easy 'Back To School' achievementEasy 'Balls Of Steel' achievementThe easiest mission to get the 'Balls Of Steel' achievement on is the first mission on the Easy difficulty.
Easy 'Hazardous Materials' achievementIn Chapter 1: From Out Of Nowhere, proceed through the mission until you reach the stealth objective. You must use stealth to get this achievement. Kill the sniper on top of the building, then go to the far left to sneak around the enemies. In the next section, you will see an enemy standing out in the open. Shoot him, and three soldiers will come over to check out what happened. Shoot the grenade on one of the enemy's belt to kill all three of them and get the 'Hazardous Materials' achievement.
Easy 'Karma Chameleon' achievementUse the following strategy to retrieve your weapon without being detected in the 'Burning Bridges' mission and get the 'Karma Chameleon' achievement.
Easy 'Solid Sandman' achievementAt the very beginning of Act 1: Mission 3 - 'Leave No Man Behind', you will reach a cliff and see a house on the beach in the distance and some guards patrolling around the area. You need to kill them all without being noticed. The objective gets completed once there is still one guard left (the one who is looking at the sea), but you still have to kill him to get the 'Solid Sandman' achievement. This achievement is a reference to Solid Snake from the Metal Gear Solid series Note: If you fail to get the achievement, you can restart the mission, and try again.
Easy 'Worlds Apart' achievementWhile you are a mounted sniper on the 'From Out Of Nowhere' map, kill one of the enemies from a distance of 1 km or greater to get the 'Worlds Apart' achievement. Note: This can be done on any difficulty.

- Poking the Bush (20 points): Collected all secrets in Act 1.
- Keepsakes Of War (20 points): Collected all secrets in Act 2.
- In Search of Enlightenment (20 points): Collected all secrets in Act 3.
- Hazardous Materials (25 points): Killed three or more enemies by shooting a grenade.
- Death's Scythe (30 points): Took 50 headshots in single player.
- Nerves Of Steel (30 points): Achieved 100% accuracy in any single player mission.
- Balls Of Steel (20 points): Completed any single player mission without using med kits, but taking damage.

- Kill With Still (10 points): Killed 50 enemies while holding your breath.
- Distance Matters Not (20 points): Killed 20 enemies from a distance of 600m or greater.
- Fisher King (10 points): Killed 25 enemies using thermal or night vision goggles.
- Worlds Apart (20 points): Took a successful shot from a distance of 1 km or greater.
- Bullets Can't Hurt Me (25 points): Completed any act without using medkits.
- I Never Bleed (75 points): Completed the Campaign using max one medkit per mission.
- Bloodstreak (10 points): Killed 25 opponents in multiplayer.
- Pure Ownage (30 points): Killed 50 opponents in multiplayer.
- The Sniper Elite (50 points): Killed 100 opponents in multiplayer.
- Kill That F**ing Band! (20 points): Took 25 headshots in multiplayer.
- Blood And Tears (50 points): Took 50 headshots in multiplayer.
- Unhappy Camper (10 points): Killed 10 opponents in multiplayer using your sidearm.
- U Can't Touch This (50 points): Won 5 rounds in a row in Team Deathmatch.
- Wrath Child (10 points): Won 10 Team Deathmatch rounds.
- Death Dealer (30 points): Won 25 Team Deathmatch rounds.
- Everything But The Kitchen Sink (50 points): In one multiplayer round killed an opponent with a sniper rifle, sidearm and melee attack.
- World Warrior (5 points): Participated in any multiplayer match.
Additionally, there are seven secret achievements:
- Hangman's Knot (10 points): Killed Major Vladic ('And Justice For All').
- Nemesis (10 points): Killed Maddox once and for all ('No Loose Ends').
- Laugh This Off (50 points): In the final duel with Maddox, killed him with the first shot ('No Loose Ends').
- Back To School (30 points): Killed all enemy snipers in Sniper Alley without being hit ('Ghosts of Sarajevo').
- Guardian Angel (15 points): Rescued the friendly ('From Out Of Nowhere').
- Karma Chameleon (20 points): Retrieved your weapon without being detected ('Burning Bridges').
- Solid Sandman (20 points): Killed all enemies in the beach houses without causing an alarm ('Leave No Man Behind').
The following achievements require the 'Siberian Strike' bonus downloadable content:
- Once More Into The Fray (30 points): Begun the hunt.
- Fool For The City (10 points): Completed 'Operation Siberian Strike'.
